Thank you for our well needed break!
Really enjoy our relaxing break. Just what we needed! A lovey location and the main house is beautiful. The staff were very kind and attentive and the food was excellent. It was busy at breakfast so we always went early
We came here for two nights for a friends wedding. The building has fantastic character! The staff were friendly, Food was great! The room was lovely and not any more expensive than a premier inn. Probably cheaper!!
The gym and pool were an added bonus too!
We had a fantastic time!
Spacious and interesting.
A family room ( West Wing annex ). Built and finished to high specification and wall carpeted lift .
Nicely spacious and quiet with bath . Stayed 2 nights on a Travel zoo offer . Beds comfortable but heavy winter duvet on a hot August ! Creaky noisy cupboard doors were irritating. No controls or information on the Air-con .
The washbasin plug did not totally stop the water from exiting the bowl. A common tale now the old fashioned plug and chain has been abandoned.
Dinner in the up market restaurant was excellent. The usual english breakfast buffet . The long private drive to the hall has two lethal unfriendly bump bars . A huge surprise when covered in snow I imagine and unpleasant the rest of the time . Swim pool and other facilities splendid .Most close car parking spaces reserved for electric car charging.
Lovely two night break
Stopped off here en route driving home. Spa is lovely, lots of amenities- steam/ sauna/ whirlpool/ swim pool/ experience shower and Ioved there were set times for children. Breakfast included was one of the best had. Dinner in the restaurant nice but menu a little limited and pricey so we ate out the second night. Drinks reasonably priced. Staff all around the hotel were so helpful, pleasant and smiley. Room was comfortable. We really liked exploring the old part of the hotel and the vibe of the Sheridan bar. Architecture was amazing. The only negative was the uncouth language of the mid week wedding party as we enjoyed a drink out the front but that is beyond the hotel’s control.
Five Star Service and Stay
Crewe hotel is stunning with the grounds to match. It was our first time staying and we are definitely coming back. The room was spotless, comfortable and had everything we needed. We enjoyed the food in the brasserie and had room service which was excellent. The staff were friendly and professional.
We enjoyed the steak and sauna facilities before going to have some spa treatments.
Five stars across our two night stay and look forward to staying again soon.
Incredibly beautiful and oozed history
We love this place and it's our second stay! The spa is lovely and helped us relax after a stressful M6 journey, The restaurant is epic and the chiefs modified menu items to suit a dairy allergy requirements. The old hall is incredibly beautiful and oozed history. If we ever win the lottery it will be our wedding venue! We will definitely back again.... Wish I was there now!!
Excellent Service from bar staff
Had an excellent experience in the Sheridan bar being served by Melissa & Casey, who served us over our 3 night stay.
Anniversary stay at Crewe hall
Went to celebrate our 10th wedding anniversary at Crewe Hall. Not just for its stunning architecture and beautiful back drop but also because it was the Venue we chose to get married in 2016.
Staff were brilliant and everything was just perfect.
The afternoon tea was delightful and the meal in the restaurant perfect.
Wedding Reception Weekend.
We stayed at Crewe Hall Friday through Sunday for the Wedding Reception of our son on the Saturday. I cannot praise the Room/Staff/Service/Amenities enough. It was the perfect stay from beginning to end. The food within the restaurant on the Friday was top class and as for the food on the wedding day itself I cannot speak highly enough. The staff were attentive and helpful and all with a smile on their faces. The rooms were spotless and so peaceful at night. The only opportunity we never had was the use of the spa as we didn't have sufficient time, but you can be sure we will return in the not too distant future for a Spa break. Well done to everyone concerned on the day.
Amazing
I could not reccomend crewe hall hotel and spa more. Everything was perfect from the food to the service to the facilities. The staff were lovely, friendly and helpful. The room was clean and had everything we needed and more. The breakfast was great and its self service which was a lovely suprise! The optipns were great they even had a rang of milk alteratives and gluten free bread. The spa facilities were great. The changing rooms were clean and had combination lockers which is a brilliant idea and they even had swimming costume dryers. The pool itself was walm and clean and the sauna and steam room were great. They had an experince shower which was fun. The grounds were lovely and the hotel itself was beautiful! They had a games room with board games and chess it really was a great place to explore! We had an amazing anniversary stay and we will DEFINITELY be back! Thank you to all the team!
Perfect relaxation in a stunning setting
Gorgeous location. We were upgraded to a family room which was spacious with a very comfortable bed. The facilities were clean and easy to use. The spa treatments were relaxing. We had an evening meal at The Brasserie which was delicious with a lovely atmosphere. We had afternoon tea on the terrace which was delicious. The staff were so friendly and helpful. We would definitely return.
Nice 2 night stay
Lovely 2 night stay at this beautiful hotel a mix of vey old and historic and modern clean and bright, we had a brilliant room in the new part everything we needed even air conditioning which was very welcome 🥵😊
Really enjoyed.our great choice at breakfast , dinner on the first night was passable but not brilliant , we waited 45 minutes for 1 desert so we gave up n left , to be fair they were.very busy but not good enough for a table for 2🤔
Most staff where very pleasant and eager to please especially reception n cleaners 😊
We didn't use that spa so can't comment, would definitely stay again and hopefully get the same room with it's fabulous bathroom😊
Be aware reception do take a £50 a night reserve on your card , not keen on this procedure and still waiting for refund 🙈
Would definitely go again!!
A really impressive hotel with beautiful grounds, and luxurious decoration. We loved having cocktails in the gorgeous 'Victorian' lounge bar.
Absolutely 💯 percent enjoyed.
What a beautiful building this is! Obviously it's a grade 1 listed building but my God how it's looked after is brilliant. The whole experience was perfect, the room was very spacious, bed was soooh comfy 😴.
The hall was stunning, with so much history and you could access 90% of the whole building.
Breakfast was, an absolute taste sensation, the food was cooked to perfection, plentiful and fresh.
Can't comment on the spa and other amenities as we just relaxed in the room or hall surrounding.
We had a great stay.
We had a fantastic 3-night stay at Crewe Hall with our two children (aged 3 and 7). The room was comfortable, the breakfast was excellent, and the gym, spa and swimming facilities were a real highlight.
The hotel is perfectly located for family days out, making it an ideal base for exploring the area. We also ordered room service one evening and the food was excellent.
Most importantly, every member of staff we encountered was friendly, professional and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and would happily return in the future.
Unique hotel
Superb hotel with magnificent rooms, lovely staff & excellent food
Ideally located for visiting National Trust Biddulph Grange Gardens & Rudyard Lake
We will return !
Crewe Hall Hotel Restaurant
Very nice , all had sirloin steaks. Very good experience
Lovely staff at Sheridan Bar!
Lovely atmosphere - special thanks to a very hard-working girl Sophie at the Sheridan bar who was serving by herself and clearly rushed off her feet but still approached us with a smiling face and friendly demeanour!
Good Place To Stay
Stayed at Crewe Hall a number of times and it's always been a good experience.
The rooms are clean, tidy and comfortable. The staff are always friendly and helpful. The food in the restaurant has been good on the couple of occasions that I've used it and the gym is spot on.
All in all, a good experience, a lovely location and worth a stay if you're in the area.
Indulge in a charming atmosphere bursting with heritage. Our Junior Suite King features a four-poster bed dressed with fluffy pillows and crisp, soft linen.
Talk about a room with a view! Our Tower Suite is a popular choice because of its amazing surroundings - the best views are from the top of the spiral staircase.
