Breakfast is served in The Brasserie Restaurant from 6.30am - 9.45am on weekdays and 8am - 10.45am on Saturdays and Sundays.
 
Opening times for dinner at The Brasserie Restaurant are 6pm - 9.30pm.

There's no need to book a time, however, if there is a specific time you'd prefer to enjoy your breakfast, simply advise a member of our team at reception on check-in. 

We'll always try and accommodate any dietary requirements. Please let your server know your preferences when you join us for a meal.

Second visit as a quick weekend get away as a family. I fail to find a negative about this hotel. Grounds, building, rooms, staff, spa & food absolutely 5 star. ⭐️
Relaxing Break
We had a wonderfully relaxing weekend at Crewe Hall. The restaurant was very good, the bar was excellent, and the EV charging facilities were a great addition. The only downside was breakfast, which felt a bit disorganised, and unfortunately the coffee machines weren’t working.
Excellent food and bar service
Always a pleasure to be served by Melissa and her team at the Crewe Hall main hall restaurant and bar. Melissa provides an excellent service and is always so welcoming and friendly

My daughter and I were celebrating both our birthdays and had a lovely stay. Lovely evening meal and staff friendly. Super breakfast and then a walk around the house. We were surprised how beautiful it is, I wouldn't have liked to have missed such an opportunity and just in my doorstep. Plus the visit to Bridgemere Garden Centre. Very enjoyable. Thank you.
Beautiful Retreat
Beautiful historical/modern premises in a peaceful location with fitness facilities. I would recommend to do some fitness classes e.g. yoga, guided tours of the hall’s historical rooms and some classical music recitals as the acoustic is stunning around the oak grand courtyard.
Relaxing stay at the Crewe Hall Hotel & Spa
A really enjoyable and relaxing stay at the very beautiful Crewe Hall Hotel & Spa. From its welcoming long driveway to the joy of the old interior, how could anyone not enjoy a stay here. We were in the newer annexe housing bedrooms, restaurants, spa and pool but none of it felt out of place. The staff were very welcoming, the food excellent, facilities fabulous and the hotel grounds and views aplenty. we will definitely return
Beautiful hotel with great food and staff!
It was a lovely hotel, the food was absolutely amazing - both breakfast and dinner. Staff were friendly and helpful. The only minor issue was the heating in the room didn't work but staff were helpful and brought us a heater to the room when requested. Overall a lovely stay and would stay again
Overall a great venue, clean with good food and amenities
Overall a great venue, clean with good food and amenities. The only problem in the whole stay was in the bar when ordering a beer and a cocktail from the one, stressed, bar attendant. The beer was served, the bill paid, then 3 other customers were served dinks before the cocktail was eventually prepared and served - beer already consumed by this time!
40th birthday celebrations, spa dinner and breakfast experience
We booked Crewe hall for my sisters 40th Birthday, she had a treatment and we went to the spa, the spa was the only thing I would say say that let this trip down, it wasn’t very calming and looked more like a leisure centre. However, we enjoyed a gorgeous meal in the restaurant, the friendly staff helped sing happy birthday with us. They were great. Our rooms were the modern ones but they was comfortable and very clean. Breakfast was serve yourself, again lovely food and very good selection. After breakfast We enjoyed our walk around the garden looking at the gorgeous building and played a game of chest, well tried haha. All in all, a beautiful place to go. Would recommend
Wonderful experience
We loved this quirky hotel. I visited with my daughters and we can't say enough nice things about our visit. The room was lovely. It was huge, clean, and had an exceptional view. The staff left a bottle of wine to welcome us as it was a special occasion. Wandering the hotel in the evening was amazing, there is so much history. Our evening meal was exceptional and the cocktails in the Sheridan Bar were fantastic. I can't thank the staff enough for making our visit so memorable for us.
Great stay.
Brilliant stay from the minute we walked in. The entrance hall is beautiful, the ladies who checked us in were lovely. Casey in the bar was great, pours a great mojito. The food and restaurant staff great. We had a lovely four poster bed & the room was spotless as was the rest of the hotel. Can’t wait to go back. Thank you to all the staff we met for making our stay so good.
Well worth a visit! Superb!
Visited Crewe Hall with family just to have a coffee and was very impressed. The building is beautiful and the staff super friendly and helpful, especially Melissa who even gave us a mini-guided tour. Well worth a visit and we are planning to return next week for a birthday celebration.
First class service
Spent an excellent couple of nights with excellent service. Melissa in the front lounge was particularly helpful during our stay. Clean and pleasant surroundings . Would definitely recommend.
Yoga and coffee
My friends and I go to Crewe Hall every Saturday morning for yoga, followed by coffee in the beautiful Sheridan Bar, where we are served coffee by a very lovely lady called Melissa. Thanks Mel for making our Saturday mornings feel special 😘
Like visiting a stately home
The main building is like visiting a stately home. The architecture is magnificent. Staff are friendly, helpful and like to have a chat. Food is good although maybe slightly overpriced. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Nice touch with a bar of chocolate in the room due to it being my birthday. I would highly recommend you visit this hotel. I don’t think you would be disappointed.
Spa day and afternoon tea
This is a place my friend and I always come back to for the perfect spa day and afternoon tea. We came today to celebrate my besties birthday. I had the best massage and foot treatment with Louise, her treatment was the best I have ever received and I came away with a couple of Elemis products she recommended. I left feeling so relaxed and felt like I was walking on air. Then we finished off the day with afternoon tea in the beautiful period main building. The sandwiches were tasty and the scones and sweet treats were delicious. The two ladies that served us, Melissa and Casey made our afternoon tea special. They were so friendly, attentive and nothing was too much trouble, they make a great team! Thank you to all ladies for such a wonderful day, it’s people like you that makes us come back, We will see you again soon!
Lovely Afternoon Tea
Afternoon Tea Had a lovely afternoon tea at Crewe Hall today. We were very well looked after by Mel and Casey, nothing was too much trouble for them. The food was lovely, and the selection of teas was amazing, I especially recommend the White Peach Sangria. Will definitely go again,

18th birthday dinner and stay Wonderful food excellent room and service. Daughter first drink a lady Sheridan excellent staff there too.
2 night package
We had a two night room package, which included contribution to dinner, and entry to Bridgemere Show Gardens. Hotel setting is perfect. Grounds are beautiful. We had room at the back of the new block, with great views. The room was spacious and well appointed. Bed was large - but, for us, the mattress was far too firm!! We had room sevice which was excellent, and plentiful. Breakfast was wonderful, and freshly prepared - everything in english breakfast was hot as it should be. But the coffee machines only delivered weak coffee - this needs to be addressed! The staff of the hotel were outstanding. Always polite, very helpful and attentive. They all greeted with a "good morning" when passing in corridor - a little thing but important.hotel. Our stay was brilliant. I highly recommend the hotel.
