Breakfast is served in The Brasserie Restaurant from 6.30am - 9.45am on weekdays and 8am - 10.45am on Saturdays and Sundays.
 
Opening times for dinner at The Brasserie Restaurant are 6pm - 9.30pm.

There's no need to book a time, however, if there is a specific time you'd prefer to enjoy your breakfast, simply advise a member of our team at reception on check-in. 

We'll always try and accommodate any dietary requirements. Please let your server know your preferences when you join us for a meal.

Relaxing stay at the Crewe Hall Hotel & Spa
A really enjoyable and relaxing stay at the very beautiful Crewe Hall Hotel & Spa. From its welcoming long driveway to the joy of the old interior, how could anyone not enjoy a stay here. We were in the newer annexe housing bedrooms, restaurants, spa and pool but none of it felt out of place. The staff were very welcoming, the food excellent, facilities fabulous and the hotel grounds and views aplenty. we will definitely return
Wonderful experience
We loved this quirky hotel. I visited with my daughters and we can't say enough nice things about our visit. The room was lovely. It was huge, clean, and had an exceptional view. The staff left a bottle of wine to welcome us as it was a special occasion. Wandering the hotel in the evening was amazing, there is so much history. Our evening meal was exceptional and the cocktails in the Sheridan Bar were fantastic. I can't thank the staff enough for making our visit so memorable for us.
Great stay.
Brilliant stay from the minute we walked in. The entrance hall is beautiful, the ladies who checked us in were lovely. Casey in the bar was great, pours a great mojito. The food and restaurant staff great. We had a lovely four poster bed & the room was spotless as was the rest of the hotel. Can’t wait to go back. Thank you to all the staff we met for making our stay so good.
Well worth a visit! Superb!
Visited Crewe Hall with family just to have a coffee and was very impressed. The building is beautiful and the staff super friendly and helpful, especially Melissa who even gave us a mini-guided tour. Well worth a visit and we are planning to return next week for a birthday celebration.
First class service
Spent an excellent couple of nights with excellent service. Melissa in the front lounge was particularly helpful during our stay. Clean and pleasant surroundings . Would definitely recommend.
Yoga and coffee
My friends and I go to Crewe Hall every Saturday morning for yoga, followed by coffee in the beautiful Sheridan Bar, where we are served coffee by a very lovely lady called Melissa. Thanks Mel for making our Saturday mornings feel special 😘
Like visiting a stately home
The main building is like visiting a stately home. The architecture is magnificent. Staff are friendly, helpful and like to have a chat. Food is good although maybe slightly overpriced. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Nice touch with a bar of chocolate in the room due to it being my birthday. I would highly recommend you visit this hotel. I don’t think you would be disappointed.
Spa day and afternoon tea
This is a place my friend and I always come back to for the perfect spa day and afternoon tea. We came today to celebrate my besties birthday. I had the best massage and foot treatment with Louise, her treatment was the best I have ever received and I came away with a couple of Elemis products she recommended. I left feeling so relaxed and felt like I was walking on air. Then we finished off the day with afternoon tea in the beautiful period main building. The sandwiches were tasty and the scones and sweet treats were delicious. The two ladies that served us, Melissa and Casey made our afternoon tea special. They were so friendly, attentive and nothing was too much trouble, they make a great team! Thank you to all ladies for such a wonderful day, it’s people like you that makes us come back, We will see you again soon!
Lovely Afternoon Tea
Afternoon Tea Had a lovely afternoon tea at Crewe Hall today. We were very well looked after by Mel and Casey, nothing was too much trouble for them. The food was lovely, and the selection of teas was amazing, I especially recommend the White Peach Sangria. Will definitely go again,

18th birthday dinner and stay Wonderful food excellent room and service. Daughter first drink a lady Sheridan excellent staff there too.
2 night package
We had a two night room package, which included contribution to dinner, and entry to Bridgemere Show Gardens. Hotel setting is perfect. Grounds are beautiful. We had room at the back of the new block, with great views. The room was spacious and well appointed. Bed was large - but, for us, the mattress was far too firm!! We had room sevice which was excellent, and plentiful. Breakfast was wonderful, and freshly prepared - everything in english breakfast was hot as it should be. But the coffee machines only delivered weak coffee - this needs to be addressed! The staff of the hotel were outstanding. Always polite, very helpful and attentive. They all greeted with a "good morning" when passing in corridor - a little thing but important.hotel. Our stay was brilliant. I highly recommend the hotel.
Hidden Gem of Cheshire
Crewe Hall far outdid my expectations. Right from the minute we walked through the main entrance we both felt so relaxed. The grounds are spectacular, definitely a hidden gem. The massage hit all the right spots, the evening meal was beautifully presented and tasted amazing. The waiting staff were so friendly and didnt make u feel rushed. Casey who works in the lounge bar is such a lovely young lady. Served us our drinks and stopped for a little chat. Highly recommend and we will be visiting again
Great service
Had a business meeting and had a lovely experience staff lovely very polite. Mel Sheridan was the lady behind the bar she was very polite and helpful brought over our tea and coffee order with a smile and was chatty and very approachable.
Great hotel
Great stay at Crewe Hall Hotel, for my husband's birthday. Amazing architecture, room clean and comfortable. The food was good and staff were very friendly and helpful, particularly the breakfast team. Lovely stay, thanks.
A Birthday Trip
Overall we had a great overnight stay at Crewe Hall. Crewe Hall is a lovely old building with a newer wing housing a spa and the brassier. We were lucky to be allocated a bedroom in the old house. The bedroom and en suite were enormous and as it was my partner's birthday we were given a bottle of wine , chocolate and a card. A lovely and unexpected touch. We had a light lunch in the Sheridan Bar which was the old dining room. The atmosphere was great and the staff throughout our stay were extremely helpful and friendly. Dinner was served in the brasserie as was breakfast. Being a modern room it lacked the delightful atmosphere of the Sheridan Bar but necessary to accommodate more guests. The dinner menu was small but adequate however we were very disappointed in the cooked breakfast which was unfortunately so cold that it was inedible. As this was the only fault we found with our stay it will not deter us from returning and already look forward to our next visit.

We had the most amazing stay and couldn’t be happier with our experience. Our room was absolutely spotless – a huge thank you to Toni, who did such a fantastic job. Everything was perfectly clean and made us feel so comfortable from the moment we arrived. Check-in was so easy and stress-free, which really set the tone for our stay. The staff were incredible throughout – so friendly, helpful, and genuinely supportive. From helping us plan our wedding right through to the very end of our special day, they went above and beyond for us. We truly couldn’t have asked for better service and such a warm, welcoming atmosphere. We can’t wait to come back again!
Exceptional stay, with wonderful staff and spa break.
Absolutely wonderful stay! Hotel room was modern, clean and spacious. Food was delicious and reasonably priced, including the drinks. The drive up felt like being a guest at downtown abbey. The history of the hall was lovely and well maintained. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The grounds are beautifully set and lots of squirrels for neighbours. We had a 50 minute massage at the spa, my masseuse BEE was incredible. She is truly talented, I felt super relaxed and the facial took 10 years off me. Lovely facilities, and plenty of time to enjoy the spa. The water beds are a cool addition to the relaxation room post massage. We booked the offer online and the only improvement I would suggest was a change to the booking system as we had issues booking the spa spot as we booked on the same day we arrived. The reservation team was amazing and we even got to have times close together. Therefore, we were super happy and impressed by the helpfulness of the staff. We will be returning again as we left feeling relaxed and happy, felt like a full weekend away instead of an overnight. Thank you to all the wonderful staff. We did stay in the modern part of the hotel so can’t comment on the rooms in the main hotel, but we will be looking to stay in the hall next time.
A wonderful experience
I was lucky enough to win a stay at Crewe Hall Hotel and Spa which my husband and I used after helping to look after our grandchildren. We had no idea the hall had so much history, a country house that feels like a palace with elaborate carvings in the entrance leading to a beautiful small chapel. Our bedroom was in the west wing, a newer building with ample bedroom space and one of the most comfortable beds I’ve been in for a while. As I have a bad back this is always something I hope for! We were treated to a massage each which was very relaxing, then had a delicious evening meal with really nice, friendly and attentive staff. Breakfast was also fabulous, it sounds picky but I usually don’t have mushrooms as they can be very wet and mushy, these were dry and so tasty. I’d love to know how they were cooked! Overall it was one of the best hotel visits we’ve ever had.
