Fantastic stay
Absolutely amazing place, the building is beautiful, so much history. We have come for a 2 night stay and wish we could stay longer. Rooms are nice, clean, beds comfy. The staff are nice. Mel deserves a special mention, she is a legend, she's so friendly, helpful, attentive and works very hard, she is a credit to the hotel. Bar/food is reasonable. Will definitely come back.
Overnight spa break for two
We had an overnight stay with use of the facilities, a 25minute treatment, a voucher which virtually paid for a meal for 2 (excluding drinks) a continental breakfast and a late checkout all included in the price. It was a very good deal. The food whilst not Michelin star was definitely a cut above pub grub. The rooms were cleaned to a good standard. The cocktails were boozy and the staff were really friendly. Would definitely stay again 👍🏼
Prize winner spa break
Just spent a lovely night away as a Cheshire Life spa break prize winner. Room in newer west wing which was spacious and had all you needed. Small glitch with sis treatments as had confirmation but had not in fact been booked however staff were able to split the treatments over the 2 days for us and we made use of the pool . Nice meal in the brasserie and cocktails in the Sheridan bar. Older part of the hotel just WOW could have downy hours exploring and will definitely be back
A lovely spot for some relaxation
My partner and I had a lovely morning relaxing in the pool and sauna. The staff were very helpful and professional, and helped ensure that we had an enjoyable visit. The included lunch was very nice and featured a salad bar, a choice of sandwich and dessert.
Awesome Valentines Weekend
Crew Hall Hotel & Spa Our stay was awesome as we checked in on Friday 13th Feb as four couples celebrating Valentines. The hotel team from checking in were very helpful and polite. The rooms were very clean, the bed and the pillows were so comfortable that we slept like babies. Breakfast was good with a good variety. The ambiance in the restaurant for our dinner was romantic and beautiful. We had dinner at the hotel for our 2 nights stay and the food was well prepared, served hot and the potions were a good size. The chef outdid themselves for both dinners. The young ladies who served us at the restaurant were polite and helpful especially Megan.
Valentine’s dinner.
Enjoyable stay with a large room and comfortable bed. The food was excellent and tasty. Good service in a private dining room.
Lovely place to stay for a long weekend.
Cosy atmosphere for such a large building. Room was comfortable and nicely decorated, ensuite was very nice, everywhere was clean. Service was very good. Didn't use the amenities, so can't comment. Was very pleased that a gluten free option was offered, and although it was enough, I have seen better variety elsewhere.
A lovely stay at a fabulous hotel
Room was large and fully equipped. Food was very tasty and abundantly provided. The staff were professional and friendly, helpful as well. Good value for money and a lovely setting with good scenery.
The Best hotel
From entering the reception on Friday to leaving on Monday we were made to feel very comfortable. Our room was perfect. Thank you housekeeping. We had breakfast and evening meals in the restaurant. All the staff are very accommodating. Nothing is to much trouble. Very polite and friendly. We did find out the hard way you cannot have a midday snack at the bar if you want an evening meal as well. The snacks are more like meals. Beautiful but big. The management works with the staff keeping everything running smoothly. The hotel it’s self is steeped in history. The grounds are beautiful. Cocktail bar is on another level. We cannot wait to return again in may. Mr and mrs Haylock ( Lyn & Bernie) Somerset.
An anniversary treat at the lovely Crewe Hotel
It was our golden wedding anniversary so we wanted to go somewhere nice for the night. British Garden Centres were offering a good deal which offered some other things along with a stay at the hotel. Although we were in the new part of the hotel we loved the old part too. It gave it a special atmosphere. Our room was very clean and comfortable and thankfully nice and quiet too. We had fish and chips for our evening meal which was very average but ok. Breakfast was nice but we felt it was spread out too much and we missed some of the things because of that. I didn't see the croissants till I was leaving and would have liked one. Reception were very pleasant and welcoming.
In the area for family reasons
a beautiful hotel, asthetically, lovely long driveway up to the main house. Staff were wonderful, welcoming and warm. Immaculately clean and well appointed rooms. Quiet location. The Brasserie served a great menu of fresh and interesting choices - ours did take some time to arrive, but apart from that all good - including breakfast. Great value for money, I felt.
