Cosy atmosphere for such a large building. Room was comfortable and nicely decorated, ensuite was very nice, everywhere was clean. Service was very good. Didn't use the amenities, so can't comment. Was very pleased that a gluten free option was offered, and although it was enough, I have seen better variety elsewhere.

From entering the reception on Friday to leaving on Monday we were made to feel very comfortable. Our room was perfect. Thank you housekeeping. We had breakfast and evening meals in the restaurant. All the staff are very accommodating. Nothing is to much trouble. Very polite and friendly. We did find out the hard way you cannot have a midday snack at the bar if you want an evening meal as well. The snacks are more like meals. Beautiful but big. The management works with the staff keeping everything running smoothly. The hotel it’s self is steeped in history. The grounds are beautiful. Cocktail bar is on another level. We cannot wait to return again in may. Mr and mrs Haylock ( Lyn & Bernie) Somerset.

It was our golden wedding anniversary so we wanted to go somewhere nice for the night. British Garden Centres were offering a good deal which offered some other things along with a stay at the hotel. Although we were in the new part of the hotel we loved the old part too. It gave it a special atmosphere. Our room was very clean and comfortable and thankfully nice and quiet too. We had fish and chips for our evening meal which was very average but ok. Breakfast was nice but we felt it was spread out too much and we missed some of the things because of that. I didn't see the croissants till I was leaving and would have liked one. Reception were very pleasant and welcoming.

a beautiful hotel, asthetically, lovely long driveway up to the main house. Staff were wonderful, welcoming and warm. Immaculately clean and well appointed rooms. Quiet location. The Brasserie served a great menu of fresh and interesting choices - ours did take some time to arrive, but apart from that all good - including breakfast. Great value for money, I felt.

This is our second visit to Crew Hall hotel, and it won’t be our last. From the moment we checked in to the moment we left, every member of staff we encountered was genuinely friendly, welcoming, and helpful. It really stood out. Our room was, once again, spacious and spotless, which made the stay even more enjoyable. I’d also like to give a special mention to Magdalena, who took the time in the evening to chat with us and kindly show us the four-poster bedrooms. We’re now hoping to book one of these for a special occasion for my in-laws, so her time and warmth were very much appreciated. I can honestly say Crewe Hall remains the most impressive hotel I’ve experienced, both for the character of the building and, more importantly, the standard of customer service. It’s clear a lot of effort goes into creating such a positive guest experience, and it doesn’t go unnoticed. Many thanks again, and we look forward to returning soon.

We stay here as a family of three (four year old son) when we are visiting family. The hotel is very accommodating, on our most recent visit, I had enquired about using the facilities very early on the day of arrival and they happily helped. The hotel and grounds are beautiful and are worth exploring. The rooms are very spacious, the most spacious we've come across in the UK for a family. The spa is fantastic, they have children friendly times which is great for everyone. It allows the children to be children without being worried we are ruining someone's child free spa weekend! The food was absolutely fantastic, I honestly couldn't find anything to fault about it. The children's menu was also very good, it was all freshly cooked. We also really enjoyed the bar located in the original part of the hotel, the drinks are lovely, I would highly recommend spending time here and taking in the details of the room. We always return to this hotel when we need to stay in the area and we wouldn't consider changing this. Our view on the hotel was reinforced when I left my new running trainers in the locker or the spa changing rooms. They kept them safe and posted them within a day of me frantically calling asking if they had them. This was really appreciated - thank you. Overall I would recommend this hotel for both couples and families. The staff are friendly yet professional, the facilities are great and hotel and grounds are beautiful. We will be back soon!

A group of us booked a spa night with breakfast and evening meal. The food was excellent, my vegan friend appreciated the selection of non dairy milk alternatives at breakfast but she was disappointed there were no vegan sausages. Our evening meal was superb as were our spa treatments. The pool facilities were very good, jacuzzi a bit small but we enjoyed it. The grounds and building is gorgeous. Our room was perfect, had everything we needed and was lovely and clean. We enjoyed a few drinks and some scones in the bar upon arrival… very nice. The staff were all exceptional. A******* well done Crewe Hall Hotel And Spa, we will definitely be back!

Fantastic service from all the lovely staff at Crewe Hall Hotel. And a huge thank you to the very friendly and helpful Front desk staff, Lorraine and Magdalena! They really helped me with all my questions and made me feel just like being at home.

Stayed the night with my 12 year old son. He was gutted he couldn't use the gym as he has a junior pass at home but we understand. We got to use the pool during children's times which were annoying as so early but again we understand due to it being a spa for adults. From start to finish we loved it. The building itself is absolutely stunning. The place is clean and rooms were big and tidy. Food in the evening and breakfast were both lovely, thoroughly enjoyed. Staff at the desk were friendly and full of information, staff at the brasserie were also friendly and wished me a happy birthday. Staff also asked if we would like to do the treasure hunt which gave us a chance to walk around the grounds and had fun. It helped the weather was lovely too. My son enjoyed the games room and the giant chess board outside. We found parking easy. We loved the glass corridor connecting the new and old buildings so we didn't have to go outside at night time.

Just had a 2 night Spa break stay, and would like to thank Yolande in the spa, for such a wonderful treatment. She was very professional, polite and I had the most amazing massage and facial, it was so relaxing and it was a shame it went too quickly. Would highly recommend Yolande.
