Booked Crewe Hall as a stopover on route to home in Scotland… what a find! We stayed in the modern wing close to the pool and brasserie. Arrived around 4.30 so it was during family swim time but there were 2 lanes set aside so that suited us. The sauna and steam rooms were a decent size and suitably hot! It was very busy so we didn’t get a seat at first but did after family time so that was fine. Dinner in the brasserie was very good though I’d say service was a little bit too efficient.. we’d have liked a little bit more space for food to settle between courses and my husband felt that portions were a little on the small side but it was tasty. After dinner we explored the Hall and this was definitely a highlight of our stay.. Its incredible! We would definitely stay again and thought it was reasonably priced considering the experience.

Little bit disappointed. Lovely reception. The room just lacked the little extra welcome. No vanity pack or even ask at reception if you’ve forgotten. The food was ok but again no wow factor. My lemon tart was still frozen and no sauce to go with it. The mushy peas was just a few peas in liquid. I have to say the serving staff were excellent.

Afternoon Tea, I arrived with my mum to the door being held open by a member of the reception team who then told my mum about the chapel, after looking in the chapel we then made our way to Sheridan’s Bar to be greeted warmly by both Melissa and Casey, both of whom had look after myself and my husband previously. They both continued to check on both of us, making sure that we had everything we needed, topping up as and when. Highly recommend, fantastic xx

Lovely Sunday night stay which included £32 dinner allowance and breakfast. We checked in and went to the spa at 3pm for sauna, steam jacuzzi, heated beds and pool. Very relaxing. Our evening meal was absolutely delicious and quick service. Highly recommended. Our rooms were in the new wing but very nice, clean, lovely bathroom and large room. Very happy. The old part of the hotel is stunning and Christmas decorations were fantastic. We loved the beautiful Chapel and carved stairwell which had unicorn, dragon, wolf, deer, monkey and other animals as part of the bannisters. Delightful! All the staff were super friendly and helpful but a special mention to Dawn on reception - she is outstanding at her job and goes the extra mile for guests. Gold star from us. Thank you Crewe Hall for a wonderful stay - see you again in January!

Delightful place with some really interesting architecture and decor. Staff well-informed, friendly and professional. Room well-equipped and comfortable. Food plentiful and very tasty. A very happy experience.

Been today to celebrate our 1st wedding anniversary and I cant thank the staff enough for their amazing hospitality 🥰 firstly we were greeted by Charlie at the spa, so welcoming and extremely helpful nothing was too much trouble. Then we had 2 treatments and oh my they were beyond incredible, Julie was absolutely amazing, was the most relaxing treatment ive ever had just what I asked for, my husbands therapist was Emma b and he felt the extact same. Honestly outstanding and these girls deserve all the praise and recognition. Thank you so much again ladies will definitely be returning.

What an incredible building! On arrival driving down the long drive we were in awe of the size of Crewe Hall. All the staff were very welcoming and said we could explore this amazing building. The spa treatments were very relaxing and the use of the pool, jacuzzi, sauna, steam room were good after, even though the loungers were limited, we did manage to get some. Our rooms were big and very clean with beautiful views of the grounds. The food in the restaurant was delicious and plenty to choose from, the staff were attentive and relaxed … we would love to go again.

Second visit as a quick weekend get away as a family. I fail to find a negative about this hotel. Grounds, building, rooms, staff, spa & food absolutely 5 star. ⭐️

We had a wonderfully relaxing weekend at Crewe Hall. The restaurant was very good, the bar was excellent, and the EV charging facilities were a great addition. The only downside was breakfast, which felt a bit disorganised, and unfortunately the coffee machines weren’t working.

The hotel was absolutely beautiful and in a very quiet setting. The staff were friendly and helpful, all areas were clean and inviting. The restaurant was in the new wing of the hotel and lacked the atmosphere of the old original building but the menu was varied and the food fantastic. We only stayed for two nights but we will definitely return.

My daughter and I were celebrating both our birthdays and had a lovely stay. Lovely evening meal and staff friendly. Super breakfast and then a walk around the house. We were surprised how beautiful it is, I wouldn't have liked to have missed such an opportunity and just in my doorstep. Plus the visit to Bridgemere Garden Centre. Very enjoyable. Thank you.

Beautiful historical/modern premises in a peaceful location with fitness facilities. I would recommend to do some fitness classes e.g. yoga, guided tours of the hall’s historical rooms and some classical music recitals as the acoustic is stunning around the oak grand courtyard.

A really enjoyable and relaxing stay at the very beautiful Crewe Hall Hotel & Spa. From its welcoming long driveway to the joy of the old interior, how could anyone not enjoy a stay here. We were in the newer annexe housing bedrooms, restaurants, spa and pool but none of it felt out of place. The staff were very welcoming, the food excellent, facilities fabulous and the hotel grounds and views aplenty. we will definitely return

It was a lovely hotel, the food was absolutely amazing - both breakfast and dinner. Staff were friendly and helpful. The only minor issue was the heating in the room didn't work but staff were helpful and brought us a heater to the room when requested. Overall a lovely stay and would stay again

Overall a great venue, clean with good food and amenities. The only problem in the whole stay was in the bar when ordering a beer and a cocktail from the one, stressed, bar attendant. The beer was served, the bill paid, then 3 other customers were served dinks before the cocktail was eventually prepared and served - beer already consumed by this time!

We booked Crewe hall for my sisters 40th Birthday, she had a treatment and we went to the spa, the spa was the only thing I would say say that let this trip down, it wasn’t very calming and looked more like a leisure centre. However, we enjoyed a gorgeous meal in the restaurant, the friendly staff helped sing happy birthday with us. They were great. Our rooms were the modern ones but they was comfortable and very clean. Breakfast was serve yourself, again lovely food and very good selection. After breakfast We enjoyed our walk around the garden looking at the gorgeous building and played a game of chest, well tried haha. All in all, a beautiful place to go. Would recommend

We loved this quirky hotel. I visited with my daughters and we can't say enough nice things about our visit. The room was lovely. It was huge, clean, and had an exceptional view. The staff left a bottle of wine to welcome us as it was a special occasion. Wandering the hotel in the evening was amazing, there is so much history. Our evening meal was exceptional and the cocktails in the Sheridan Bar were fantastic. I can't thank the staff enough for making our visit so memorable for us.

Brilliant stay from the minute we walked in. The entrance hall is beautiful, the ladies who checked us in were lovely. Casey in the bar was great, pours a great mojito. The food and restaurant staff great. We had a lovely four poster bed & the room was spotless as was the rest of the hotel. Can’t wait to go back. Thank you to all the staff we met for making our stay so good.

Visited Crewe Hall with family just to have a coffee and was very impressed. The building is beautiful and the staff super friendly and helpful, especially Melissa who even gave us a mini-guided tour. Well worth a visit and we are planning to return next week for a birthday celebration.
