Classic Accessible Double

I came up to visit my brother for the weekend with my dog (Joey). The welcome, attentiveness and general attitude of every single staff member I met over the course of 24(ish) hours was superb and worthy of the 5 stars. bedroom was large, comfy bed and good, powerful shower. bar area great. breakfast in the morning was plentiful. Joey loved his time too! Plenty of areas for us to sit and relax - genuinely dog friendly and we'll be returning!

Really wonderful stay at Crewe Hall. Huge room with really comfy beds. Food in the restaurant was delicious and atmosphere was lovely. Breakfast was plentiful! Pool and spa area clean and not too busy. Only negatives were the afternoon tea was disappointing and service in the restaurant was slow. Would definitely come again

Beautiful Location, Beautiful Suite. A good variety of food on the evening menu. The atmosphere in the restaurant was lovely and the food tasted amazing. Staff on reception desk were very welcoming, informative and all round a pleasure. Staff in the restaurant were very helpful, friendly and contributed to a lovely atmosphere. The downside was the spa, this was too busy and too small.

Stayed in royal suite, had a fabulous time enjoyed all the facilities gym, spa restaurant and bar. All the staff were friendly and helpful thank you for looking after us and making it a great visit

This was our 3rd time staying at Crewe Hall and we found it to be a lovely and relaxing couple of days. The room was very clean, however there were a couple of small areas where an improvement could have been made. My friend and I stayed in room 4143, which was set up as a twin bedded room. Firstly there were no drawers to put small items in, just a wardrobe. A small chest of drawers would be helpful to put small items such as underwear and T-shirts etc. in. Then the large mirror over the dressing table is placed too high on the wall, so that when you sit down in the chair you can only see the top of your head. We had to stand up and lean forwards to apply makeup and do our hair, which wasn't very comfortable. The hotel staff were all very friendly and helpful as always and there was a lovely atmosphere. We found the 2 night Spa Break to be good value for money and the food in the restaurant was delicious. Breakfast provided an excellent choice and was of a good quality. One other improvement that could be made is the current state of the long driveway up to the Hotel. There are many large potholes to avoid and a couple of the speed bumps are particularly harsh, even when going extremely slowly. We noticed a few cars that seemed to have had a problem going over them.

The hotel is very nice and all the staff were very friendly and helpful, however we must single out Xavier in the Sheridan Bar who was excellent and made the time spent there very enjoyable. The only minor criticism we had which is primarily targetted at the company rather than those running the hotel is that given the prices in the Restaurant we would have expected a higher standard of food eg homemade chips rather than what appeared to be frozen ones.

Very cold room to begin with and reception would not answer the phone for 20 minutes to resolve! Also breakfast was poor, hard bacon and much too hard fried bread, also no butter available. I know these are minor things but when you’re paying so much you expect everything to be spot on

One night break with spa. The let down was the spa. Small area, rushed treatmenti though It states massage but the treatment was basically a rub down, its not a massage at all its a tickle. I had the body scrub and the back massage. It should state back tickle as it was not a massage. My husband experienced the same and we have been to a lot of massage places and this by far was the worst. We also found the staff we had to be rude. But we didnt let this dull are stay. The meal was great and breakfast all staff polite and smiley. the young lad in the sheridan suite is a credit to the hotel. There was a weeding fair on the day we went home we had a lovely time looking at the elegant rooms and the garden area. It is beautiful. I would stay again but would not bother with the spa.

Came over to the uk to catch up with family and used Crewe hall as a base . I want to make a big shout out to all the staff that have made our stay perfect . Breakfast team was -Tony , Alice , Donna , Gavin, Jack and Rob Dinner team were - Will , Emily, Lauren,Jamie , Wictor, Eli and Ted . All of these beautiful people went above and beyond to make our stay just awesome .

The room was spotless I couldn't fault it, all the staff were lovely, the spar was great, I was a bit disappointed with my evening meal the mushrooms risotto was dry and the Parmesan chip were sliced in large pieces, I'm not sure they should have been like that

Another amazing experience!This was our 11th year of visiting ( ive actually been already this year with another group of friends in May) From original booking with Dawn, always so positive helpful and welcoming, to the surprise bottle of fizz from the management for our 60th birthdays, it was fabulous. As always the treatments never disappoint ! Wonderful back and leg massage from Beth then facial on day two. We did the Q hotels 2 day spa break . Im a breakaway member so nice to get the extra 10% discount. The food amazing the lamb rump with dauphenoise and seasonal veg was so good we had it on both nights. And the breakfasts are the best the range of food is great & thanks to the lovely chef who made our poached eggs to order both days. The best place to celebrate all 3 of us being 60 & 40 years of friendship. We will be back ♥️

Great building..lots of History Stayed in the modern wing Nice big well appointed rooms . Great bathroom which featured a walk in shower and a separate bathtub Room service was good although menu is a little restricted Room decor is very good..clean and tasteful although there were a couple of small things that needed maintenance. Not expensive Overall a good experience and I would definitely stay here again

Fabulous hotel, Gothic building just gorgeous architecture. Perfect Avenue of trees on the driveway. Reception staff were so helpful & welcoming, helped us with our things as we upgraded our room to The Royal Suite, extremely clean & comfortable. The Suite was amazing I felt I had been transported back in time. Its full of many different rooms I particularly love the library. Loads of hot water, plus windows that actually opened more than an inch.. The food was very tasty, not an extensive menu, food was cooked fresh & was delicious. Breakfast was buffet style there was an abundance of things to choose, all hot, plus you could ask for a different egg. Staff all very pleasant & friendly. Had a couple of drinks in the bar, a nice selection of drinks, although there was no draft beer on, good selection of bottles though. It really was a pleasent stay, we didnt use the spa as I had been before, I do think its more leisure facilities as its not very big. We would come back again. Well do to all of the team.

Today myself and family enjoyed a latte in the main house bar area. The environment was warm, friendly and inviting. We were served by Clare who was lovely, great customer service and a pleasure to be served by. We look forward to returning and highly recommend a visit to all. Thank you for a lovely experience.
