Girly spa stay
Lovely large room in the West Wing, great to get a room to accommodate three adults! Spa treatments very good, lunch we had outside in the sun and was pleasant. Spa area quite slippy in places so care needed and the steam room and water fountain wasn’t working Sunday am. Would be good to have robes in the rooms to walk to the spa. Evening dinner was lovely- delicious food. Breakfast wise- a little trouble finding cups for hot drinks- and due to layout a little to-and-fro - but can’t be helped. The Hall itself is exquisite and a lovely tour around the rooms. Highly recommend
Great hotel - meal service not good!
Hotel staff in reception very welcoming. The room we had in the old building was fantastic. The only issue with the hotel is the restaurant. It's too small for the number of guests. During the evening meal the table service was shocking, had to go to the bar to get drinks after we were sat down, ordered food at the waiter station as waited for 50 mins from sitting down. Had desert menu after main course nobody came to take an order so left. Food in the evening when it arrived was very good. Breakfast was chaotic to say the least! This is due to the size of the restaurant and staff. Avoid peak times!
Crewe park hotel & restaurant.
Wonderful experience at Crewe park hotel . Warm welcome from Molly. So very helpful . Lovely rooms . Restaurant great . Excellent service . Staff at restaurant warm and friendly and professional. Would recommend. Glad I stopped here …. Wouldn’t hesitate to return .
Bridgemere Show Gardens experience
Stayed for one night only as part of a Bridgemere Gardens package which included entrance to the gardens, a cream tea at the Blue Diamond garden centre and a dinner allowance, so it was great value. Very impressed by the original building and its history, not to mention the impressive approach, although the drive could do with some serious attention! We had a very large room in the west wing with an extremely comfortable bed. Our dinner was delicious and all the staff we came across were very helpful and friendly.
Perfect Birthday Celebration
Just returned from a few days, feeling relaxed revitalised. It was my husband’s birthday and some staff went out of their way to make it special “Mel” we thank you. Fabulous food in the restaurant and great service, breakfast offered a wide rage of quality breakfast items and fantastic fresh fruit, pastries, the afternoon tea was delightful and we will definitely come back. The hotel is full of history and so much to see, the grounds beautifully looked after. The spa was fantastic as was our treatment and the pool area spotless, the steam room wasn’t working which was a shame.
Anniversary Jaunt
Visited to celebrate our wedding anniversary taking advantage of an offer from Blue Diamond Garden Centre. Room 4202 very well prepared by Kate and enjoyed dinner and breakfast in the Brasserie. Would recommend it to anyone.
Fabulous girls spa break in historical surroundings!
Booked a 2 night spa stay through spabreaks.com. Amazing hotel & spa, food was fabulous and service excellent throughout from check in, dining and accommodation. Shout out to Tony in the restaurant who looked after us, making a table up for us in the restaurant at lunch even though we didn't have a booking!! Spa treatments were very good although there was some confusion over treatments. Only recommendation is where treatments have been booked in advance the spa team should have a record of these.
Stayed one night met some great people, served our evening meal by Magda , efficient of course, she put us at ease
One person can make all the difference
Great service
Magda was a great host and very charismatic
Brilliant staff
Went for a quick drink here at Crewe hall and I was blown away by how nice it was. The atmosphere was amazing and the bar staff made it so inviting. The Lovley women who served me was called Magda and made me feel so welcome to a place I have never been before. Highly recommend Crewe hall
Crewe Hall
Great place and a really relaxing atmosphere. Always come in on my own for a pint and a chill. All staff are very friendly, especially Magda who always has a cheeky smile on her face and goes out of her way to have a conversation with me. Lovely girl and pours a great pint!
Fabulous Hotel
This hotel is breathtaking! From the moment you drive up to the door you cannot help but be impressed. The Jacobean interior is just as fantastic, carvings, sculptures, paintings, stained glass, the list just goes on and on.
Excellent Hotel
This is the fifth time we have stayed at Crewe Hall as we thoroughly enjoy staying there. The room was extremely comfortable and clean. We have to say that the staff were very polite, friendly and helpful, the food was excellent, well presented and beautifully cooked. A special mention for Will, the Restaurant Manager and his staff who ensured an efficient service. We will certainly return.
Our stay
The hotel was absolutely beautiful and we really enjoyed our stay. The room was clean, spacious and the bed extremely comfortable. The food was good, but it would have been better if there were vegetarian options provided in the cooked breakfast. Our only ‘negative’ was the communication surrounding our stay; it was booked several months in advance. As such, it would have been handy to receive an email closer to the stay detailing our early check-in, as there was only verbal confirmation of this over the phone, as well as our spa treatment times as again we had no written record of this. The spa treatments were amazing, however we hadn’t been given the necessary forms when we arrived (4 hours ahead of our treatment time), meaning staff were confused and we had to complete the forms during our treatment slot - they kindly extended our time as to not lose any of the 50 mins. However, this then made the staff late for their next appointment, and also made us feel that we had caused this.
Stunning pet friendly hotel. Lovely staff
Stunning hotel. We stayed in a spacious pet friendly family room with a lovely comfy king size and a double bed too with lots of pillows, both firm and soft, perfect for 3 adults. A nice touch was they even provided pet bowls for our dog. Dinner and breakfast in The Brasserie were fresh and delicious. All the staff were exceptional, very attentive polite and friendly. We would definitely stay again.
Worth a visit
Friendly welcome, nice atmosphere, generally well presented building. Room was nice and clean. Very good gym facilities, and pool. Excellent spa massage treatment. Food was also very nice
Enjoyable stay in a gorgeous location
Booked Crewe Hall as a stopover on route to home in Scotland… what a find! We stayed in the modern wing close to the pool and brasserie. Arrived around 4.30 so it was during family swim time but there were 2 lanes set aside so that suited us. The sauna and steam rooms were a decent size and suitably hot! It was very busy so we didn’t get a seat at first but did after family time so that was fine. Dinner in the brasserie was very good though I’d say service was a little bit too efficient.. we’d have liked a little bit more space for food to settle between courses and my husband felt that portions were a little on the small side but it was tasty. After dinner we explored the Hall and this was definitely a highlight of our stay.. Its incredible! We would definitely stay again and thought it was reasonably priced considering the experience.
Lacked the extra welcome.
Little bit disappointed. Lovely reception. The room just lacked the little extra welcome. No vanity pack or even ask at reception if you’ve forgotten. The food was ok but again no wow factor. My lemon tart was still frozen and no sauce to go with it. The mushy peas was just a few peas in liquid. I have to say the serving staff were excellent.
Delightful Afternoon Tea
Afternoon Tea, I arrived with my mum to the door being held open by a member of the reception team who then told my mum about the chapel, after looking in the chapel we then made our way to Sheridan’s Bar to be greeted warmly by both Melissa and Casey, both of whom had look after myself and my husband previously. They both continued to check on both of us, making sure that we had everything we needed, topping up as and when. Highly recommend, fantastic xx
Simply gorgeous!
Lovely Sunday night stay which included £32 dinner allowance and breakfast. We checked in and went to the spa at 3pm for sauna, steam jacuzzi, heated beds and pool. Very relaxing. Our evening meal was absolutely delicious and quick service. Highly recommended. Our rooms were in the new wing but very nice, clean, lovely bathroom and large room. Very happy. The old part of the hotel is stunning and Christmas decorations were fantastic. We loved the beautiful Chapel and carved stairwell which had unicorn, dragon, wolf, deer, monkey and other animals as part of the bannisters. Delightful! All the staff were super friendly and helpful but a special mention to Dawn on reception - she is outstanding at her job and goes the extra mile for guests. Gold star from us. Thank you Crewe Hall for a wonderful stay - see you again in January!
