Our Health Club Class Timetable

We are excited to announce that we are slowly reintroducing fitness classes back to our leisure club. Find out more below about the classes that are available. Pre-booking is required and spaces are limited. Members can book online using your online MemberZone.

Monday:

10.45am - 11.45am: Pilates

A specialist class for the health and well being in mind, Posture, core and flexibility is the key movements in the session.

6.45pm - 7.30pm: Yoga

Yoga a gentle way to improve your posture, balance, and coordination. 

Tuesday:

9.30am - 10.15am: Spin

Cycling class indoors using endurance to build up a sweat.

6.15pm - 7pm: Yoga

Wednesday:

9.30am - 10am: Spin

Cycling class indoors using endurance to build up a sweat.

11.30am - 12.30pm: Pilates

5.15pm - 5.45pm: Spin

Thursday:

9.30am - 10.30am: Pilates

6.15pm - 7.15pm: Meta Fit

Interval training workout with bursts of intense activity and rests of lighter activity.

Friday:

9am - 9.45am: Spin
