An update following the latest government annoucement
Further to the Prime Minister’s announcement, we are continuing to follow the governments advice which unfortunately means we will be closing our Leisure Clubs temporarily from close of business on Wednesday 4th November. They will currently remain closed until Wednesday 2nd December, reopening on Thursday 3rd of December.
The health and safety of our members and team is our number one priority. We are continually monitoring the situation and will keep you updated on any developments relating to the Leisure Club and your membership as soon as we can.
During the time your Leisure Club is closed we will automatically be freezing all our memberships with no fees to pay. As you have paid November’s membership subscription this payment will now cover December with Direct Debits commencing again on January 1st 2021. For annual payers we will add this month on to your expiry date and extend this by one month. This freeze enables your membership to be reinstated at the earliest opportunity, therefore we ask you not to cancel your direct debit at this stage.
In the short term please spread the word that we will still be engaging with our members via our Facebook page and with regular email updates to ensure we stay close to each and every member of the health club community.
It has been great seeing all our members back in our Leisure Clubs over the past few months and once again we will miss you. In the meantime, take care and we will see you all back in our Clubs in a few weeks' time.
