In line with government direction, we have made the difficult decision to temporarily close our hotels and contact centre. While this is a very hard decision for us to make, we hope you can appreciate that we are deeply committed to our colleagues and guests, and we must continue to put their safety and wellbeing first.
If you have an upcoming stay or general enquiry. We ask that you please get in touch with our fantastic customer service team at firstname.lastname@example.org and they will be able to assist with your query. As you can imagine, we are experiencing a very high volume of enquiries, so please bear with our team whilst they work through these in date order. We will respond to your enquiry as soon as we can. Alternatively, you can make a new booking on-line here.
If you have an urgent matter and this cannot be emailed or checked online, please contact a team member on 0330 107 1599, however, Please note we have reduced opening times during this time – Monday to Friday 8am – 6pm and Weekends 10am -4pm*and we are working at reduced capacity during this time and longer wait times may apply

Our Cancellation and Booking Policy
We want your booking experience and stay at any of our hotels to be as easy and as flexible as possible. With your convenience and current events in mind, we want to provide you with reassurance and confidence when booking with us.
For all existing direct bookings, with an arrival date up to 30th April 2020, we are offering full flexibility to change your arrival date up until 18th December 2020*.
For any new bookings, when booking direct with us, you’ll not only get the best rate available, but plenty of flexibility to change your arrival date up until 18th December 2020*. Should you wish to cancel your reservation, providing you give at least 7 days’ notice, in advance of your arrival date, we’ll guarantee a full refund of your pre-paid booking.
*All dates are subject to availability
